History
Eagle Supply is a family owned and operated janitorial supply business based in Alpena, MI. Eagle Supply was founded in 2008 by Dave Lawrence and his wife Mary Lee. After 15 years in building and grounds maintenance and another 15 years in janitorial and chemical sales, Dave ventured on his own to start Eagle Supply Co. The company name was inspired by the scripture verse, “they who trust in the Lord will have their strength renewed; they will rise up with wings like eagles.” Dave adds value to every product he sells with his vast product knowledge that only hands-on experience can offer. His wife Mary Lee, handled all the bookkeeping, accounting, and general office duties.
Soon after, Dave’s sons Chris and John were blessed with the opportunity to return to their hometown take over Eagle Supply. In 2015 they opened a 4,000 sq. ft. retail showroom at their current location of 319 W. Chisholm St. in Downtown Alpena. Eagle Supply has earned its reputation as Northeast Michigan’s leading supplier of janitorial and cleaning supplies by offering quality products, superior product knowledge and excellent customer service.
Dave is often asked about Eagle Supply’s key to success and replies with a simple answer “personal relationships with our customers.” That’s what Eagle Supply is all about: building lasting relationships with our customers by listening to their needs and offering superior customer service.
